Requirements:
• fluent Norwegian or Dutch

• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO,
• master’s degree (preferably in accountancy, finance or economics),
• good knowledge of local GAAP, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures,
• good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle) is desirable,
• good analytical and problem solving skills,
• experience in new process implementation,

Customer Service Specialist/ Romanian and Italian or French Speaker

Responsibilities:
• daily contact with international clients
• responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders
• getting authorizations, putting data into system
• providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• a possibility to have an influence on the processes and procedures
Requirements:
• excellent Romanian and Italian or French and English language skills both verbal and written
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• customer orientation
• good analytical skills and computer skills
• flexible, well-motivated team player
